2. Authorized Use:
Retailers who have purchased Cedar Witch Goods products for resale are granted the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the provided professional photos solely for the purpose of promoting and selling Cedar Witch Goods products. Any use outside of this scope requires explicit written consent from the Company.

3. Prohibited Uses:
Retailers are expressly prohibited from:
• Using the photos for any purpose other than promoting and selling Cedar Witch Goods products.
• Altering, modifying, or manipulating the photos in any way without prior written consent.
• Selling, sublicensing, or otherwise providing the photos to third parties without the Company's permission.
• Using the photos to promote products other than those offered by Cedar Witch Goods.
• Using promotional graphics other than photos which have been created by Cedar Witch Goods (such as those used in social media, etc.)

4. Pricing Guidelines:
Retailers agree to adhere to the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) when using Cedar Witch Goods photos. However, temporary discounts for sales promotions may be applied.

5. Marketplace Restrictions:
Retailers are prohibited from selling Cedar Witch Goods products on third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and similar platforms.

6. Enforcement:
The Company reserves the right to monitor the use of its photos by retailers and take appropriate action, including but not limited to revoking photo use privileges, terminating partnerships, and pursuing legal remedies for violations of this policy.

7. Termination:
The Company may terminate a retailer's photo use privileges at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice.

8. Updates to the Photo Use Policy:
The Company reserves the right to update this Photo Use Policy at its discretion. Retailers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the photos constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
